Saturday June 22 – Hanidcapped Match Play – 9am Start
Sunday June 23 – Open Match Play – 9am Start
Pre-Registration Only (Paypal or Cash) – Registration is not complete until the TD receives event payment
Saturday June 22 – Handicapped Match Play (32 Players) - $25 ($30 for Non-BDGA)
All players wishing to compete in the Saturday Handicapped Match Play Event must complete 5 rounds at Easterlin and turn in their scorecard before June 17. Round must be played with a minimum of one other player. Individual hole scores are required. Handicaps will be based on a player’s average round score. Handicap strokes will be awarded per hole to maintain match play rules. Example: Player A has an average of 56 and Player B has an average of 52 (4 stroke difference), player A will receive a 1 stroke advantage on each of the 4 most difficult holes played during their match.

Matchplay Round by Round Details
Round 1 – “Pool Party” – 8 pools of 4 Players – 3 sets of 9 holes, Round Robin
Each player will compete against every other player in their pool over 3 9-hole matches, match play scoring. After each 9 hole match, points will be awarded to each player based on that match’s outcome (2pt for Win – 1pt for Tie – 0pt for Loss). Player pooling, match order and starting hole will be determined by the random draw bracket prior to Round 1. After each pool has completed it’s 3 sets of 9 holes the final point totals for each player will be calculated and the highest two point totals from each pool will advance to the Round 2. The tiebreaker rules for Round 1: Most Wins, Most Ties, Most Holes Won, Sudden Death Playoff
Round 2 – “Sweet 16”
Each player will compete in a 9-hole match, match play scoring. The winner of each match will move on to Round 3. Matchups will be based on the random draw bracket. Players will be grouped into foursomes, starting hole location will be determined at random prior to the Round 2 start, either hole 1 or hole 10, staggered start. Tiebreaker rule for Round 2: single hole sudden death playoff on the last hole played, CTP of the sudden death playoff hole will be used if the sudden death playoff still results in a tie.
Round 3 – “Elite 8”
Each player will compete in a 9-hole match, match play scoring. The winner of each match will move on to Round 4. Matchups will be based on the random draw bracket. Players will be grouped into foursomes and start on hole 1, staggered start. Tiebreaker rule for Round 3 are single hole sudden death playoff on hole 9, CTP of the sudden death playoff hole will be used if the sudden death playoff still results in a tie.
Round 4 – “Final Four”
Each player will compete in a 9-hole match, match play scoring. The winner of each match will move on to the FINALS. Matchups will be based on the random draw bracket. The final four players will play in a foursome and start on hole 10. Tiebreaker rule for entry into FINALS are sudden death playoff, no hole limit, first player to win a hole advances to the FINALS.
Round 5 – “FINALS”
The final two remaining players will compete in a 9-hole match, match play scoring. The FINALS will start on the “Final 9” start hole determined at random prior to Round 5. Tiebreaker rules for the FINALS are sudden death playoff, no hole limit, first player to win a hole wins.
